Join Ontario Tech University’s Office of the General Counsel for a four-week virtual Contracts Intensive Workshop designed to strengthen your understanding of contract fundamentals and enhance your contracting skills.
Through practical, interactive sessions, participants will explore:

The basics of contract formation

Drafting effective statements of work

Key clauses to watch for in agreements

Considerations for services agreements and software licenses

This workshop takes place on Tuesdays from 1 to 2:30 p.m.
- March 10, March 24, March 31 and April 7
- Virtual (Microsoft Teams)
All sessions will be recorded.
Whether you are new to contracts or an experienced negotiator, this workshop will provide practical tools and insights for employees handling agreements at Ontario Tech.
