Professional development: Microsoft OneNote Complete

Managing notes across multiple tools and formats can make it difficult to stay organized and efficient. This full-day virtual workshop is designed to help employees centralize information, streamline workflows and collaborate effectively using Microsoft OneNote.

Participants will learn how to create structured digital notebooks that support project work, meeting coordination and day-to-day information management.

Participants will:

  • Build and organize notebooks using sections and section groups.

  • Use templates and customize the OneNote interface.

  • Capture content including images, screenshots, audio, video and tables.

  • Tag, search and retrieve information efficiently.

  • Manage version history and backups.

  • Share notebooks and collaborate securely.

  • Integrate OneNote with Microsoft Outlook.

  • Review security settings to ensure information is protected.

This session is recommended for employees who manage projects, support teams, coordinate meetings or are looking to improve how they organize and access information.

  • When: Wednesday, March 4 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
