Citizen to Leader: Your Next Step Starts Here

Ontario Tech’s Citizen to Leader program is a three month, cohort based leadership experience designed for high potential employees who are ready to expand their influence, strengthen their leadership mindset, and build practical skills. The program will run from April to July of this year. Participate in eight full days of workshops including communication, conflict resolution, influencing without authority, cultural sensitivity, mindfulness, and AI skills. You will gain a powerful blend of insight, confidence, and capability. Full program details are available on the Citizen to Leader webpage.
Employees interested in growing their leadership potential can explore the full list of workshops on the Workshop Descriptions page and submit their interest through the Expression of Interest Form. The program is ideal for high performing individual contributors with at least two years of service who are ready to take the next step in their leadership journey and contribute to a strong, collaborative, future focused campus community.
