Join the Citizen to Leader leadership program

Citizen to Leader is a fast-paced leadership development program for employees who are ready to step up, influence more effectively and grow beyond their current role.
Through this program, participants build practical leadership skills including self-awareness, communication, confidence and decision-making, while connecting with a cohort of peers from across the university. The experience is hands-on and applied. Participants do not just learn leadership concepts, they practise them and apply them to real organizational challenges.
The program includes eight workshops.
