FSSH/FEd Professor publishes book on women in higher education

Title of book:  Women Transforming Higher Education

Dr. Sharon Lauricella, Professor in Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities and Frazer Faculty of Education, published an edited volume entitled Women Transforming The Future of Higher Education. The book explores the roles of women in higher education and addresses women’s experiences as leaders, scholars, and administrators. It helps navigate the challenges that women face, explores barriers to progress, and highlights women’s roles in shaping the future of higher education. This book covers topics such as indigenous education, sociology, and mediated relationships, and is a useful resource for educators, policymakers, academicians, sociologists, and researchers.

The book is available online through the Ontario Tech Library.
