Deadline to submit Webtime timesheets for week of October 6

Due to an upcoming planned outage of Banner beginning Friday, October 10 through to Monday, October 13 (including Thanksgiving holiday Monday), the Finance department’s deadline for Webtime submissions will close earlier this pay period. This includes all hourly employees (Webtime enterers), Webtime approvers, and proxies.

Updated deadlines:

  •    Hourly employees have until 5 p.m. on Thursday, October 9 to enter their hours worked into Webtime.
  •    Approvers have until 4:30 p.m. on Friday, October 10 to approve Webtime hours.

Note: Hours to be worked on Friday, October 10 can be estimated. Please help ensure of all your team members are aware of the changes.
