FEAS Professor presents fusion research at Columbia University

On June 30, Dr. Hossam Gaber, Professor in the Faculty of Engineering and Applied Science, delivered a presentation at Columbia University’s Plasma Physics Lab in New York. His talk, R&D Advances on Plasma Engineering for Nuclear and Fusion Applications, focused on experimental and theoretical research in fusion reactor technologies, including quantum control, plasma-based radioactive waste treatment, and plasma focus devices for fusion education.
