Technology support for final exams is available

Information Technology (IT) Services offers technical assistance for faculty, during undergraduate-level final exams. Technical Support Analysts (TSAs) can be present during in-person to assist with software and technical issues.
If you wish to request technical support, please submit the request form at least 10 business days prior to your scheduled exam.
Important notes:
- IT Services does not provide support for quizzes and tests.
- Requests for support are pending until IT Services sends confirmation of support to the instructor.
- Due to the high demand, support is dependent on staff availability and is not guaranteed.
Canvas change notice
As Canvas now offers two different versions of the Quizzes feature (New Quizzes and Classic Quizzes), please ensure that a practice quiz is made available to students to allow an opportunity to resolve any potential technical issues. It is strongly advised that you inform students prior to the assessment which version will be used, as this will reduce confusion during the exam.
