IT Service Desk launches new customer satisfaction survey

A service counter that stretches across the frame and is enclosed by a glass partition, which separates the customer-facing area from the staff workstations.

Your feedback is essential in helping the Information Technology (IT) Service Desk improve service interactions and enhance the overall user experience. To make it easier for you to share your thoughts, there is a new way to provide feedback on your support tickets.

Starting on Thursday, August 7, ticket resolution emails sent to students and employees will include a simple survey, inviting you to rate your service experience.
