This Giving Tuesday, honour your campus mentor
December 01, 2025
We all have someone on campus who makes a difference, a colleague who listens, encourages, and helps us through busy days.
This Giving Tuesday, we’re inviting our campus community to come together in support of Ontario Tech’s Student Mental Health Peer Mentor Program, a service that provides one-on-one support and connection to more than 400 students each year.
As part of our Peer-to-Peer Giving Challenge, faculty and staff can make a gift of $20 or more to the Student Mental Health Support Fund in honour of a colleague who has been a supportive, encouraging presence on campus.
It’s a way to recognize the peers who lift us up every day, while helping ensure our students have access to the same kind of caring support we value so deeply in one another. And thanks to an anonymous contribution, every gift will be matched up to $10,000, doubling your impact. Matching funds will be applied for one calendar year or until the fund has been fully subscribed
Make your gift and honour a colleague today.
Because when we lift each other up, we help our students do the same.
