Book travel more easily with the new Concur Travel site

A new and improved Concur Travel site has launched, featuring a more intuitive and user-friendly booking experience. Travelers can plan and book an entire trip in one session with enhanced design on both desktop and mobile.
Through its partnership with American Express Global Business Travel (GBT), Concur provides access to prenegotiated rates and Supply Ontario discounted fares with Air Canada, WestJet, Porter, and VIA Rail—available directly within the travel portal.

- Ability to make reservations online or on the phone with a skilled travel counsellor 24/7
- Air and Hotel Re-Shopping capabilities to ensure lowest rates are achieved
- A customized online booking tool with an intuitive interface design which provides quick and easy navigation
- Profile Information stored to ensure that loyalty programs and preferences are recognized
- Tracking of your unused tickets
Before booking travel, review and update your Concur profile to ensure key information is current. This allows GBT to personalize your travel experience and ensures your travel counselor is aware of your preferences when you call for assistance.

Ensure that your first, middle, and last name on your Concur profile is identical to those on the photo identification that you will be presenting at the airport. If your middle name is not included on your photo identification (passport), please ensure it is not on your Concur profile. To update any portion of your name, please contact concursupport@ontariotechu.ca.
The Amex GBT contact number has changed. The new number to call for assistance with travel bookings is 1.888.650.3752. You can also email your non-urgent travel requests to ca.travel@amexgbt.com.
