New Outlook information for shared mailbox users

Note: The information below does not affect all New Outlook, shared mailbox users. As well, no emails have been deleted.
We are noticing that some shared mailboxes within New Outlook, are not showing their sent items in the correct folder of the shared mailbox.
If you notice missing emails in a shared mailbox’s sent items, the steps below will resolve it:
Step 1: Open New Outlook.
Step 2: Select the settings gear icon in the top right-hand corner.
Step 3: Selected Accounts, in the left panel.
Step 4: Select Shared with me in the middle menu.
Step 5: Select the drop-down arrow on the mailbox you want to manage.
Step 6: Select the Convert button.
