Register for Move Over October: Cross Canada Trek

The Healthy Workplace Committee is excited to announce the return of the Move over October: Cross Canada Trek! Together, our goal will be to get moving and travel across Canada during the month of October!
Here’s how it works:
- Decide if you want to participate as an individual or on a team.
- Use the Move over October Registration Form to sign-up*.
- Be active from October 1 to 31 – any form of physical activity counts.
- Submit your weekly totals and win prizes!

Everyone who registers by Friday, September 26 will be entered into a draw for a Central Lake Ontario Conservation Authority (CLOCA) Annual Parking Pass, which covers parking fees and general admission to all eight of CLOCA’s public Conservation Areas for one year from the date of issue.
