The Mindful Mondays program offered by Human Resources is designed to attract participants who are interested in developing a regular practice, grounded in mindfulness, that supports wellness and resilience. The program will also be helpful to participants who are interested in specific topics and wish to attend select sessions rather than the entire series. Everyone is welcome. Please register by Thursday, October 30.

Session Structure:

Each session occurs from noon to 1 p.m. and will consist of the following structure:

  1. Opening with a settling practice
  2. Followed by approximately 10 minutes of introduction to the session theme
  3. The Primary Practice for about 15 minutes
  4. Reflection about the practice experience
  5. Remaining time for open group discussion
  6. Closure with a brief practice
