Volunteers needed for AskMe information booths

Faculty, staff, and students are invited to volunteer at our on-campus information booths.
Running Monday, January 12 to Wednesday, January 14, information booths will be stationed across our north and downtown Oshawa campus locations to welcome new and returning students to campus. Volunteer support is needed to answer student questions and help them navigate campus.
Virtual help will also be available for those who prefer speaking to someone online and will be run by a Student Engagement and Equity staff member during the same time period.
To sign up, complete the volunteer registration form by Thursday, December 18.
Training
- Asynchronous training and review documents will be sent via email on Friday, December 19.
- The final volunteer schedule will be sent the week of December 22.
