Ontario Tech launches new in-house Asset Library

To better support the university community’s need for high-quality digital content, the Communications and Marketing team has launched a new online in-house Asset Library. This new system replaces Brandfolder and is designed to make it easier for employees to locate, share and embed university-approved photos (web and print resolutions, banners and more), graphics (branded patterns, backgrounds, wallpapers), templates (PowerPoint, documents, digital signage) and logos (primary logos, faculty signatures, symbols, and spirit branding).
The system has been built within our Content Management System (CMS) and is accessible using your Single Sign-On (SSO) login. Whether you’re building a web page, creating a presentation, preparing a print product or posting to social media, the new system simplifies how you find and use digital assets.
