Participate in the Administrative Community of Practice

This Administrative Community of Practice focuses on all topics of administration tasks with the goal of creating a forum where any employee in any role can meet to share experiences, knowledge and abilities to support processes/procedures and sharing of best practice for those with administrative tasks in their roles. This is a community who share a common desire to share and benefit from each other’s ideas, skills, knowledge, and experience.

We are committed to:

  • Generating ideas, seeking feedback, and sharing stories about approaches to and experiences with administrative tasks and processes
  • Developing a collaborative and supportive network

This community is for those who work in administration or for those who have administrative tasks in their roles.

Previous meetings have included conversations around these topics:

  • repetitive tasks and how to streamline
  • attendance tracking
  • systems navigation
  • understanding processes of other teams
  • tools and resources

We meet quarterly.

  • Apr 7, 2026, 11 a.m. to 11:45 a.m.
