Building a stronger digital front door: Phase one begins

On Friday, March 6, Communications and Marketing (C&M) is launching phase one of a strategic refresh of ontariotechu.ca, our most visible brand and recruitment platform.
In collaboration with the Office of the Registrar, this work supports a clear objective: Strengthening the website as a high-performing recruitment and conversion tool as we advance toward 20,000 students.
Phase one introduces targeted refinements that modernize the experience while keeping the site stable for current users.
What you will notice:
- A refined site header and streamlined navigation styling.
- A more prominent and intuitive search experience.
- Updated styling for side navigation menus.
- Additional visual refinements that will set the standard for future refreshed pages.
Additional phases will move beyond refinement to deeper enhancements across priority recruitment and brand pages. These updates will strengthen clarity, competitiveness and our ability to convert prospective students.
In the coming weeks, the C&M team will connect with faculties and units to align on opportunities that sharpen our differentiation, and support enrolment and reputation growth.
No action is required at this time. We will continue to share exciting updates as the refresh progresses.
