    July 30, 2026 Service disruption: Temporary domestic hot water shutoff in select North Oshawa campus buildings – August 6, 13 and 20

    Domestic hot water will be temporarily unavailable at sinks in select North Oshawa campus buildings while routine maintenance is performed on the university’s hot water storage tanks.

    The disruption will occur on the following dates:

    • Science Building (east and west wings): Thursday, August 6.

    • Business and Information Technology Building and Energy Research Centre: Thursday, August 13.

    • Ontario Power Generation Engineering Building and North Oshawa Campus Library: Thursday, August 20.

    Thank you for your patience and understanding while we complete this maintenance.

    July 22, 2026 Summer 2026 final exam schedule
    The final examination period for the Summer 2026 session is Thursday, August 13 to Saturday, August 15. The emergency examination date (if required) will be Sunday, August 16.

    Students are advised not to make commitments during this period.

    The deferred examination date(s) will be Thursday, August 27 and Friday, August 28.

    Students registered with Student Accessibility Services (SAS) must register through the Student Accessibility Services Portal to use full accommodations.

    Last day to drop for a 100 per cent refund - 12-week summer session.
    Last day to drop for a 50 per cent refund - 6-week spring session.
    Last day to withdraw from the 6-week spring session with no academic consequences*.

    Monday, June 8
    Last day to drop for a 50 per cent refund - 12-week summer session.
    Last day to withdraw from the 12-week summer session courses with no academic consequences*.

    Monday, June 22
    Last day to withdraw - 6-week spring session courses.

    Monday, June 29
    Fees due - 6-week summer session fees due in full.

    Monday, July 6
    Last day to add courses - 6-week summer session.
    Last day to drop for a 100 per cent refund - 6-week summer session.

    Monday, July 13
    Last day to drop for a 50 per cent refund - 6-week summer session.
    Last day to withdraw from the 6-week summer session with no academic consequences*.

    Tuesday, August 11
    Last day to withdraw - 6-week summer session and 12-week summer session courses.
